The project consisted of provided design build and engineering services for a turn key to convert an existing 30,000 SF warehouse to a new state of the art fitness facility for the department of defense located in southern California. The project entailed demolition, new restroom and locker room facilities, all new gym equipment and flooring, as well as converting the existing loading dock into a rock wall enclosure. The entire building included all new code upgrades and modernization.
