Design-Build renovations and all new mechanical systems installation of an existing snack bar. The project included all new plumbing system (underground, above ground), new HVAC MAU, new kitchen hood and suppression system, new electrical system and panel upgrades, new finishes throughout including new building fire suppression system additions.
